Still Not Convinced? Read What a NLP Masters Student Says…
I thought I would share my thoughts about the NLP Masters and Advanced Coaching I recently completed. Initially, I believed that I had to have a certain level of expertise and experience with NLP and Coaching before I went further with training. Even though I heard you say time and again that the Master’s level would help solidify my skills, I felt I might need more time to ‘process’ my prior learning. In spite of my reservations, at your encouragement I enrolled. I am not a person who admits this often, but you were right! I have had huge shifts in my NLP and coaching skills, my personal development and my understanding of how all this work fits together.
I am more confident than at any other time in my life. It is as if I am more awake and alert to life. My relationships with others, especially at work, have gone through a noticeable improvement. People tell me I am more approachable and my colleagues are deferring to my suggestions in ways that seldom happened before. Strangely enough, I no longer have the need to impress anyone and yet it seems that I am making a lasting impression on everyone.
I have been coaching several people, although that was not my original intention to do so. I came to your classes first and foremost to learn how to influence others in my profession. I now clearly recognize that my new level of success stems not just from the skills I gained in the first level of NLP Coach training but from what I gained in the Master’s level.
It is my opinion that these two trainings belong together as one because they really do make up the heart of the NLP Coaching experience. The advanced language skills are exceptionally powerful and easy to use. I find myself using them quite naturally to help family and friends move away from limiting beliefs and toward positive shifts in perception.
As for myself, the return on my investment in time and money was far beyond what I expected. With the added benefit of the Mentor Coaching sessions that Jerry provides during the course, I am now ready to finish the requirements and go for my ICF credentialing.
Thank you and Jerry sincerely for your encouragement, leadership and commitment.
